The Dove is the traditional Easter sweet par excellence. It is a cloud of butter, eggs, and flour, covered with a glaze enriched with almonds that, at the first bite, gives a slight crunchiness followed by an incredible softness! It undergoes a double leavening process of more than 96 hours. Inside our classic dove "historical recipe", the orange candied peels are hand-cut and chopped into the dough to give our Dove a unique and natural orange scent in honor of the historical recipe. You will also notice the black dots of Madagascar Tahitian vanilla inside the dough. Our dove is very rich but refined in taste and extremely digestible thanks to the long leavening and the use of high-quality ingredients. It contains no preservatives, semi-finished products, flavors, or vegetable fats. It is 100% Artisanal and therefore entirely handmade, with the passion that has distinguished us since 1882.
