This year the panel of judges included Melissa Hemsley (chef, writer and supporter of the sustainable food), Anna Jones ( chef, writer and stylist, with a prominent position in the modern vegetarian cooking), Josè Pizarro ( a famous Spanish chef), Kavi Thankrar from Dishoom (writer and gourmet chef), Xanthe Clay and Martha Collison (baker and author) as well as food buyers like Selfridges, Fortnum & Mason and Waitrose.
