Since 1882 we have been master yeast experts. The Olivieri 1882 Artisan Pandoro is the Christmas sweet par excellence: it is a cloud of butter, eggs, flour, and vanilla in the shape of a star. The taste is refined but with its own precise character and the structure is very soft due to the 100% natural leavening and a long and complex production process that even involves 3 doughs.

It is a very rich sweet but extremely digestible thanks to the long maturation and the use of highest quality raw materials. It does not contain preservatives, semi-finished products, flavors, and vegetable fats. It is 100% Artisanal and therefore made entirely by hand, with passion, as tradition since 1882 dictates.

Each Pandoro is individually handcrafted, from refreshing the sourdough to shaping, to ensure the highest quality. The Olivieri 1882 Pandoro requires a total of 4 days of processing, of which more than 48 hours are dedicated to natural maturation.

How long do leavened products last?

All our products are artisanal and handmade. Panettone, Pandoro and Colomba have a shelf-life of 90 days. To receive information about all of our other baked goods, please contact us.

How can I properly store the products?
