Una combinazione intensa e contemporanea: amarene candite, limone candito e pistacchi croccanti si incontrano in un impasto soffice ed elegante, pensato per i palati più curiosi ed esigenti.

La lunga fermentazione e la selezione di ingredienti di alta qualità donano una struttura morbida e una straordinaria leggerezza al morso.

Dal 1882 ogni panettone viene realizzato a mano, seguendo tecniche tradizionali e una continua ricerca della qualità.

CONSERVAZIONE

Conservare in un luogo fresco e asciutto a una temperatura compresa tra 20-22°C (68-72°F). Dopo l'apertura, conservare il prodotto nella sua confezione originale ben sigillata. Evitare sbalzi improvvisi di temperatura. Non refrigerare.

La durata del prodotto è di circa 90 giorni e, una volta aperto, il prodotto rimarrà fresco per un massimo di una settimana.

RAW MATERIALS

We are passionate about the raw material and its processing. Since 1882, we have been master bakers. The Olivieri 1882 leavened products all share the same organoleptic characteristics that make the product a guarantee: an extremely soft structure, an elegant yet decisive taste, and maximum digestibility. Softness and digestibility are achieved by skillfully managing the various stages of processing. A soft structure is due to many aspects of this process, but especially to the use of live sourdough, which is refreshed and worked by our pastry chefs every day. We only use raw materials of recognized quality: Sultanina raisins, artisanally candied oranges within the dough to give it a unique and naturally citrusy aroma, and fine bourbon vanilla powder. The flours, sugar, butter, and honey have been carefully selected to ensure high quality. Our Panettone has four times the amount of eggs compared to common Panettoni on the market, which allows us to achieve an unparalleled taste, structure, and color.

ARTISAN PANETTONES

Panettone is our favorite holiday dessert. It is a product that excites us to produce, and we are convinced that we offer the highest quality available on the market today. A soft and tasty product that reminds us of the most beautiful moments of sharing with our loved ones. Our Panettone is a very rich panettone but extremely digestible thanks to the long fermentation and the use of top-quality raw materials. It contains no preservatives, semi-finished products, flavors, or vegetable fats. It is 100% artisanal and therefore made entirely by hand, with passion, as tradition has dictated since 1882.

PROCESSING

For over 140 years, we have been working artisanally, patiently following every process and working the dough with passion to create the true Panettone. Each Panettone is worked individually by hand, from refreshing the sourdough to shaping and scoring, to ensure the highest quality of each product. The Olivieri 1882 Panettone involves a total of 4 days of processing, of which more than 48 hours are dedicated to natural maturation.

How long do leavened products last?

All our products are artisanal and handmade. Panettone, Pandoro and Colomba have a shelf-life of 90 days. To receive information about all of our other baked goods, please contact us.

How can I properly store the products?

Trattandosi di prodotti artigianali, quindi privi di conservanti, vi consigliamo di conservarli accuratamente, in un luogo fresco e asciutto, lontano dalle fonti di calore, evitando gli sbalzi di temperatura.
