Each Pan Brioche is worked individually by hand, from the refreshment of the sourdough to the molding, to guarantee the highest quality. 100% natural leavening and long maturation times are our mantra, and allow the Pan Brioche to have a very easy digestibility. We use malga butter obtained by centrifugation, Italian wheat flours and fresh eggs from hens raised outdoors. The artisan breakfast, the real one. Without flavorings, without preservatives, without vegetable fats or semi-finished products of any kind.
