Three Chocolates Bauletto
“Three Chocolates Bauletto ” is not the traditional Bauletto, but it’s made to satisfy the most experimental and demanding palates. As for all our leavened products, Bauletto’s dough passes through a 48-hour double fermentation, for a total of four days of processing. It is made only with butter (no vegetable fats) and natural sourdough, that we refresh every day, three times a day. White, milk and dark chocolate are blended together in order to create a unique burst of taste. The consistency is soft, the flavour is elegant but strong, not so sweet in the mouth, due to presence of dark chocolate that lessens the sweetness of white and milk chocolate.
Please note that, in this period of the year, the bauletto won’t be covered with glaze, in order to avoid that the warm temperature ruins it during the transport.
