“Bauletto with pear and chocolate” is our every day leavened product. It’s suitable for different occasions like breakfast and afternoon snack. It’s also a perfect dessert. Ideal to be sliced and served with a cream. As for all our leavened products, Bauletto’s dough passes through a 48-hour double fermentation, for a total of four days of processing. It is made only with butter (no vegetable fats) and natural sourdough, that we refresh every day, three times a day. We fill it with handmade candied pears and 55% dark chocolate chips. 

Please note that, in this period of the year, the bauletto won’t be covered with glaze, in order to avoid that the warm temperature ruins it during the transport.
