Given the exponential local and international interest in our products, we’ve decided to focus on our brand’s strength: the leavened products, that we’ve been producing both for festivities and for ordinary days. We offer a wide selection of yeast-leavened cakes, which includes Panettone, Colomba, Pandoro and Bauletto (our daily leavened product). We like to think that those who believe in us also believe in our philosophy, which is based on clear and proactive ideas. Our aim is to make people feel good, by surprising them with uncommon flavours and emotions whenever possible. Without this point of view, based on day-to-day innovation and new processing techniques as regards leavening and baking, we will just be excellent manufactures who use excellent raw materials.
