We are thrilled to announce that The New York Times has once again recognized our Olivieri 1882 Classic Panettone, stating that you will likely "change your mind" about panettone after tasting it! This is the third time we have been mentioned, and we could not be more grateful.

Thank you for your continued support! Celebrate the season with our exceptional panettone.

"When it comes to panettone, the Italian leavened bread studded with candied citrus and raisins, many people either loathe it, thanks to dry versions found in stores, or they absolutely love it, looking forward to its citrusy flavor and fluffy texture every holiday season. I fall into the latter camp, especially when it comes to the Olivieri 1882 Classic Panettone, which has quickly become my favorite after trying several."

"The first thing that struck me was its tall, imposing shape, with a golden, almost saffron-colored crumb. As soon as I cut into it, a delicious aroma of orange filled the air. The vibrant yellow color, thanks to the egg yolks used in the recipe, adds to its rich and creamy flavor. Made in Arzignano, Italy, it tastes as fresh and soft as if it had just come out of a local bakery."

"The texture is incredibly tender, buttery, and fluffy, with just the right balance of citrusy flavor—distinct, but not overpowering. The raisins are juicy and plump, while the candied orange is perfectly soft and tender, not dry like in other versions I’ve tried. I also appreciate how the candied citrus is generously and evenly distributed throughout the bread, ensuring that every bite is just as flavorful as the last."

"Even though the Olivieri 1882 panettone is a bit pricier, I truly believe it is worth the investment. As a chef wisely said: 'If it is of good quality, spend the money. It is always worth it.'"

"If you plan to gift this panettone, it is easy to ship multiple items to different addresses during checkout. Olivieri 1882 also offers a variety of other panettone flavors, but I found the apricot and salted caramel versions less appealing, with the caramel flavor a bit too overpowering for my taste."

We thank you once again for this article, which encourages us to continuously improve, a new step in our growth as a family, brand, and company.
